Luxury lakehouse retreat with picturesque views

A nicely appointed lake house with rustic contemporary decor. Gourmet kitchen includes dishes, cookware and small appliances as well as a deluxe espresso/cappuccino maker. House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. Two kayaks, canoe, paddle board and some basic fishing equipment for guest use. Pontoon rental by owner - separate contract. The space The house is equipped with many amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay. There is a ping-pong table, pool table, hot tub, corn hole set, croquet set, electronic dart board and many board games and puzzles. Three flat screen televisions have basic cable. There are 3 DVD players and the house has WiFi. Outdoor gas grill available also. In addition to beds accommodating 13, a fold out sleeper sofa and daybed will accommodate 3 additional guests. A treadmill and dumbbells are available for the exercise-obsessed. Guest access Almost the entire house is open for use. The Pontoon and Golf cart are not for guest use. Other things to note It may seem remote - but we are actually just 30 miles from Louisville. Brandenburg proper is 5 miles away. There you will find several places to eat, a Kroger for your shopping needs, drug stores with pharmacy and liquor stores. Jailhouse pizza restaurant is a 10 minute drive. Interesting location in the old Brandenburg jailhouse listed as one of the most haunted places with jail cells and a drop box. Really good pizza too!
