The "Balcony on the Sicani" is a delightful holiday home, consisting of a recently renovated, air-conditioned, comfortable and cozy two-room apartment, with modern furnishings and attention to detail. We are in the historic center of Cammarata, which developed in the Norman period, perched on a cliff at an altitude of about 700 meters, characterized by alleys, arches and patios where the live Nativity scene takes place every year during the Christmas season. The space The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, a camping cot if needed and a high chair, a bathroom, a washing machine, and a balcony. It has a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, an iron, an ironing board, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle. Secure bicycle parking is available about 300 meters from the property. An environment that will make you feel at home, comfortable and intimate, a breathtaking and evocative view as far as the eye can see that will allow you to travel with your mind to the end, forgetting the hustles of a hectic life. Having naturally merged over time, the two municipalities now appear to be a single landscape, even though they are politically two separate municipalities.
