Description

Very centrally located in Leipzig Lindenau is this 125 m² residential/commercial unit, which also includes a former ice cream shop in the front with a separate entrance. The bedrooms are quietly located facing the courtyard just like a small kitchen and a spacious wooden terrace. The space The simple apartment is equipped with oiled solid oak wood planks, tiles and carpet. There is a large shared living/dining room, a small kitchen (with oven and stove) with access to the terrace and a small bathroom with shower. Guest access You enter the apartment via the terrace in the courtyard via 3 steps that wobble a bit! During your stay I am rarely in Leipzig myself, but there is a hassle-free check-in! Since March 2023, the city of Leipzig has levied a guest tax of 5% of the overnight price! Please leave the money on the living room table, unless you are exempt, see Info sheet, then please fill out the registration form! Other things to note The inner courtyard is lushly green, but the garbage cans are also here! In summer, you can still have a cozy breakfast on the terrace and enjoy a cool evening drink in pleasant afternoon temperatures!
