La Maison des Roseaux is located in the heart of a village nestled on a hillside on the banks of the Seine. Built in 1826, recently restored, it is spacious and bright. You will have exclusive use of the house and garden of more than 4200 m2 and the swimming pool, which can be heated for a fee. It is heated in return for a contribution to heating costs (about 26°C) – and has a protective cover, standard NF P 90 308, which allows children to be safe when it is closed. Closing is manual and easy, and takes just a few minutes. - The pond in the garden is typical of the Normandy region, with water lilies, fish and reeds. It is secured by a protective barrier for children, who should not be left unattended. - We can install a large screen TV on request. - In summer you can enjoy the garden and have lunch on the terrace or in the shade of the plane tree.
