No smoking allowed inside the building*** No Unauthorized guests are allowed unless has been OK'd by the hosts. At our Airb&b place we have 2 queen beds, a sofa bed that can turn into a king bed. Our place has a gym, laundry room, bathroom and a little storage closet. The backyard is also yours for the nights. In the backyard there is a huge TV with a pool in the back. It's an extraordinary area with tons of space to just kick back and relax.(Backyard is shared place) Our pergola area is the ultimate hangout spot. With a massive 75-inch TV, comfy seating, a cozy hammock, and a sizzling grill, it's the perfect place to chill. Plus, there's a refreshing pool you can enjoy until 9pm, making it the perfect place for relaxation and entertainment. The grill and fire pit are available for use. Charcoal is not provided, and there may be a fee of up to $20 for the use of propane gas. We also have a boat avaliable to guests that we can let ride to our local lake for extra money, we require and provide a captain. The boat has to be reserved so make sure to text me for avaliability! The entrance to the room is entered through the back yard. And how to get there is after you park you can just take the white stairs on the left down to the backyard and you should find, in addition to the room, a fantastic backyard retreat.
