Simply stroll right out of your door into the heart of the excellent shops, restaurants and playhouses of "Lil' Nashville" The space The Iris Garden "Couples Cottage" is quaint, cute and comfortable, with a queen size bed, a private bathroom and shower and a wonderful deck to sit on in the evenings and take in the fresh country air. The cottage has a wood burning stove, a flatscreen TV, a loveseat sofa and a sitting area with a table and chairs. Although it is operational, the wood burning stove is just for ambiance. (it is larger than needed for the Couples Cottage and if you fire it up, you will have to sleep with the doors open)LOL Other things to note -The $99 Base rate is a mid-week rate. -Weekend (Friday or Saturday) Base Rate is $164. - The Holidays and Fall Season (late September -October- and some of November) Mid-week rate is $160 and Week-end rate is $184. -All rates include the 12% state and local taxes.
