High Country Retreat! Close to NAU/downtown/Trails

The house is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, minutes from Northern Arizona University and downtown Flagstaff. A great place to stay for sightseeing, NAU events, or business! Interstates 17 and 40 converge very near to our house making travel convenient. Highways 180 to Grand Canyon and 89 to Sedona and Page are close. Many of our guests base here to visit all the great sites. PLEASE NOTE: From Nov 1 through April 1, we can accommodate only one vehicle. Minimum 30 day stay. The space This is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house with a front porch and back porch opening to a green belt surrounded by tall ponderosa pines. The two full bathrooms are upstairs and the half bathroom is downstairs. The In-Suite Master Bedroom has a large deep tub and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a television. The third bedroom has two full size beds. Enjoy views of beautiful Ponderosa Pines from each window in the house. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room and there are plenty of windows that bring in sunshine and views of aspen trees, pine trees and spruce. There is a green belt behind the house with tall Ponderosa Pine trees and real grass. Some of the best runners in Flagstaff live in the neighborhood because it is excellent area for running, biking and walking. All bedrooms have their own closets! We have super fast faber optic internet! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could think of as are the bathrooms. There are extra sheets, pillows, towels, and blankets. Washer and dryer plus laundry detergent are provided. Hotels are super expensive and do not provide half as much. Guest access Guests have full access to entire house excluding the garage and one downstairs closet. Guest can access the full kitchen with all the dishes, pots, coffee maker, toaster, dish washer, fridge, kitchen utensils, and laundry room. There is a 55" TV, a love seat, a large futon, Blue Ray DVD player and a gas fireplace to keep you warm. Note: from November 1 to April 1, we can only accommodate one vehicle. Other things to note We want your stay to be memorable so please let us know if there is anything we can do for you during your stay. Please keep noise to a minimum, no parties or loud music. Treat this house as if it were your own. In addition, a new city law concerning parking on the street limits guests to one parking space (one car) from November 1 to April 1. Check out instructions: 1. Take trash out 2. Turn all lights and fans off 3. Close the windows if its raining and when checking out. 4. Loaded the dirty dishes in the dish washer and start it. 5. Pull all the used bath towels in the laundry basket located in the laundry room. 6. Have a safe trip back home and thank you for staying!
