Five-room apartment with garden, parking

The apartment is located in a quiet and environmentally friendly area of the city, in an elegant private mansion with its own well-maintained garden and parking space for two cars. Free street parking is also available. The mansion is equipped with a water purification and softening system. Inside the apartment, there is an additional drinking water filtration system (Zepter). Underfloor heating provides comfort throughout the year. The space Spacious 110 sq.m apartment includes three large rooms, a big kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a private shower room with toilet. The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests: – 2 separate bedrooms – 1 room with a sofa bed The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, including a dishwasher and a Zepter drinking water filtration system. There are two balconies, one overlooking the beautiful garden and furnished with a coffee table and chair — a perfect spot for your morning coffee. (Additional apartment for 2 guests is available on the next floor of the mansion for an extra fee.) We accept requests for long-term rental of apartments. CHECK IN - CHECK-OUT Check In:1:00 PM Check Out:11:00 AM Check-in and check-out times are usually "flexible" depending on your ideal times, those of other guests, and my work schedule. I'll make every effort to make things convenient for you, and I can almost always break away to meet you. Often there are guests the night before and we can't kick them out early. Then I have to get the place nice and clean for you, which takes at least two hours. Please confirm the check-in and check-out time when making your reservation. For early/late check-in/check-out there is an additional charge to be paid in cash upon your arrival. Late check-in – after 10:00 PM Early check-in – before 8:00 AM *** Early check-out – before 8:00 AM Late check-out – after 1:00 PM *** IMPORTANT: EARLY CHECK IN + LATE CHECK OUT = extra fee for 1 day stay to be paid in cash upon your arrival. Other things to note Please note, if rental term is more than 14 nights, the guest is obliged to pay the utility bills for water, gas, electricity and maintenance.
