Welcome to your peaceful retreat! Discover your perfect getaway in my spacious home, offering a private bedroom and bathroom ideal for quick stops or week-long stays. Tucked away in a serene and secluded neighborhood, you'll enjoy a tranquil atmosphere with minimal traffic – it’s one of the many reasons I love living here! You're just 1-2 minutes from the highway, making travel a breeze. Plus, you'll find stores, movie theaters, restaurants, and other creature comforts just minutes away! The space Your private bedroom features a comfy full bed and a TV with access to your favorite streaming services. Stay connected with complimentary fiber Wi-Fi. You're also welcome to enjoy the modern kitchen and living room, complete with a relaxing massage chair and entertainment center! Step outside to the brand-new deck, relax in a cushioned gravity chair or fire up the charcoal grill if you'd like. (please ask for grill usage details prior to use) I share my home with a friendly, clean cat. For reservations made a day or more in advance, I will keep her out of your bedroom and bathroom. I'll ensure extra vacuuming, dusting, and bedding checks. Laundry facilities are available downstairs with host assistance. Guest access Welcome Home: Making Your Stay Seamless: When you arrive, please park on the left side of the driveway. I'll send you a personalized keycode 24 hours before your check-in so you can easily get in. Parking Made Easy: You'll have a couple of convenient parking options: For normal-sized vehicles, feel free to park overnight in the left side of our garage. If you have an oversized vehicle, we have designated parking spots on either side of our block, just a quick 10-15 second drive away. Please note: Due to our neighborhood's HOA rules, overnight parking in the driveway or on the street isn't permitted, and I can be fined if these rules aren't followed. If you'd like to check if your vehicle will fit in the garage, the dimensions are 8' wide by 17' long by 7' high. Your Home Away From Home: Inside your bedroom, you'll find a helpful guide to my home on the desk, packed with everything you need to know. There's also a privacy key for your bedroom door for your peace of mind. Check-In Times: To ensure a smooth arrival for everyone, weekday check-ins aren't permitted past 10:30 PM, and weekend check-ins aren't permitted past 11:00 PM unless we've arranged something different in advance. During your stay I will be available to answer questions and provide assistance during your stay and you can reach me over the ABB app, my cell or if I'm home just come grab me if you'd like. :-) Other things to note For guests that are allergic to kitties, a Zyrtec seems to be the miracle drug of choice. :-)
