This property is located on quiet narrow road. Snow removal is provided by an HOA contractor and not county maintained. 4. Cell service is not very reliable at this home but a landline phone is provided Placer County STR Permit Number STR22-6834 Other things to note All Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking and access to property will not be provided without a signed Agreement. Adult dogs over 18 months of age are welcome at this home (1 maximum). Pets are not allowed at the property unless indicated on your reservation or with written consent from Tahoe Getaways. Minimum Age Requirement of Reservation Holder: 25 The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties.
