Cottage in Biggin

A traditional cottage in the idyllic quiet village of Biggin in the beautiful Peak District. No3 Club Cottages is within walking distance of a popular village pub, Biggin Hall, and children’s play area. With plenty of footpaths, cycle trails and bridleways within walking distance, including the famous Tissington Trail. The Cottage has great views of the countryside, an enclosed garden/courtyard front & rear with seating areas, it also has a log burner for those colder evenings. The space The cottage is lovely and cosy, with a good sized kitchen dinner with all the amenities you require. A lovely cosy lounge area with log burner, and a separate hall/boot area for those muddy boots. Upstairs is a double room and twin bedroom, with a good sized bathroom and nice powerful shower. This cottage provides a warming environment so you instantly feel at home. Outside are two gardens, the back is more courtyard style with a picnic bench, and out the front is a gravel garden with borders , with another bench to sit on, for those lovely warmer days. Both are secure for dogs. Guest access You can easily park on the quiet street outside, then access the property from the front garden. You can also access the back courtyard, through the adjoining alley, should you wish to store bikes out there. Other things to note We welcome dogs, and have bowls, treats and towels to use for your convenience. Please note dogs are not allowed upstairs or on furniture . For the log burner we provide free paper, match’s and your first basket of logs. Further logs can be purchased at the local garage, or we have a log store. You can message me for the code. Then it’s £5 a basket. Money can be left in the honesty box . If travelling with young children, we can provide you with a travel cot, stair gate or toddler toilet seat.
