This private suite with a bedroom, separate dressing area, private bath and dry kitchen is located in a home that sits in the middle of 30 acres on a small lake. Whether you’re on a vacation or working out-of-town, the place has plenty to offer. NO PARTIES ALLOWED The space Your space is completely separate from the rest of the house. Room is fully furnished with 1 Queen size bed, chair and loveseat that converts to a full bed. A 32” Smart TV allowing you to sign into your own Hulu/Netflix/Amazon account. Wi-Fi is provided. Large Dressing Room with vanity across hall is also included. We have included a small refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker in the private space. Pillows, bed and bath linens provided. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are available. There is a large shower (no tub) There is a twin mattress in the dressing area closet or a loveseat that turns into a bed that can be used by the 3rd person. A half bath off the main floor is also available to use. Wi-Fi, iron, and ironing board are available. This listing does not include kitchen privileges. There is a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the dressing area. Our paradise is covered with gardens and a beautiful lake. Typically Guest Access the home via walking up outdoor stairs to the front door, the private level is up the stairs to your left. Keyless entry. Access is also available via the lower parking area door in bad weather. Independent HVAC unit. There is a common pool in the back area. The pool and lake are to be used by registered guest only. Relax on your Private front porch after a busy day enjoying the view of the lake. Guest access Your own private floor. Swimming pool and fishing lake with kayaks are in the common area. There may be others using the pool or fishing. There is an additional cost to heat the Hot Tub. Other things to note Our home is off the main road and the drive over the dam is gravel. So far UPS and Amazon drivers have not had a problem navigating our entry.
