Vacation with all the comforts of home. The house is ideally located in the Village of East Burke. It is an old 1832 farm house that has been restored and added on to. The house comes with a large yard, plenty of parking and a playground across the street for children. It is furnished to be warm and comfortable. The house has a large front to back living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, mudroom and washer/dryer. Burke Mountain, the Kingdom Trails and the VAST Trails are all very close. The space Brand new completely redone kitchen in Spring 2024. Loads of light and new appliances await your culinary skills. July 2025 - A window AC unit has been added to two of the upstairs bedrooms. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and property. Walking distance to restaurants, Mike's Tiki bar, Kingdom Trails office and all other amenities in East Burke village. Other things to note We have been renting since we bought the house in 2018 but we are new to Airbnb. We have lots of happy renters that have already booked for next year and hope we can begin to generate some reviews through Airbnb soon.
