At the back of the cottage, you’ll find open fields and big skies—perfect for a moment of calm, a morning coffee, or a quiet place to work. We welcome one small or medium-sized dog, so your four-legged friend can enjoy the break too. With coastal paths, countryside walks and quiet spaces nearby, it’s a perfect base for pets and their people. This cosy space is also well-suited to small families looking to spend quality time together by the sea. There’s room for up to four guests, with a king-size bed and a sofa bed. With the beach right outside and plenty of nearby activities for all ages, it’s a great choice for parents travelling with one or two children. Just a short stroll from the cottage, you’ll find a friendly local surf school, offering lessons and equipment hire for all levels. Whether you're keen to try something new or have little ones interested in riding the waves, it’s a fantastic way to make the most of your coastal stay. If you’re working during your visit, you’ll find fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk to work from. Whether it’s video calls or writing time, this cottage is designed to make working remotely feel effortless—even with the sound of the waves in the background. Please note we do not supply any travel cots. Guest access Key safe is located at the property and details are given 3 days prior to arrival. Other things to note We do not allow dogs to go onto the soft furnishings. Lost keys will be charged at £25.00 per set. Dirty BBQ's will be charged at £25.00 to clean. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and ensure that doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh and comfortable for all guests. While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time. Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest. For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.
