Hello traveling researchers, scientists and grad students. I've rented to Penn&Drexel-related travelers for 20 years now. Recently renovated a 5-bedroom house. It's possible to have your own bath, just ask. It is sunny, cozy and everything new. I'm happy to welcome anyone who needs a place to stay in Philly for a month or more. Not exclusive to Penn/Drexel folks, but I've rented to many. Long-term preferred. Need 6+ months? Inquire for potential adjusted pricing, but requires security deposit. The space It is a beautiful house and all newly renovated. In some cases, you may be the first person using a feature or appliance. If there is any problem, it will be addressed right away. It is accounted for in the price that not everything has been tested. We do not discriminate based on age, gender or race. Please don't engage in that behavior or ask me to. If you do either of those things or engage in behavior that is unfriendly or unkind to me or another guest, or illegal, I reserve the right to cancel your reservation and I will not give a refund. I am at the house every day and maintain a safe, comfortable and friendly environment. Both men and women stay at the house and all requests to stay at the house are approved by me. Currently, children are not permitted as guests. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and require an additional deposit. All bedrooms have locks on the doors. Currently, not all bathrooms have locks. During your stay Normally that should be before 8pm. Otherwise your issue may not be addressed until the following day. Other things to note There is one cat who lives in the house and 3 cats that live outside (their choice not mine. They came with the property and I take care of them.)
