"La Madé II" is a house of about 75 m2, independent, recent and air-conditioned in the heart of the southern Ardèche. The space Located on a large property 'Au Pré de la Madé' (including two other gites La Madé and Madé I), this recent house of about 75m2 offers a large living room consisting of a fully equipped American kitchen and a bright living room overlooking a covered terrace facing south. The house has two bedrooms of about 13 m2 each: - the first is equipped with a bed in 160X200 cm and - the second of two 80x200 beds (convertible into a 160x200 cm bed on request). Both bedrooms have built-in cabinets and independent air conditioning. The living room (air-conditioned) consists of: - a lounge area (sofa, coffee table, Smart TV) and - a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, range hood, dishwasher, dishes) as well as - a table and 2 chairs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink, a washing machine and a hair dryer. The toilet is separate. Outside: private garden with barbecue and sunbeds. Garden table and chairs on covered terrace. The * owner's pool * of 13 x 5m equipped with a spa area (bubble bath) is fully secured. It is *to be shared* with the tenants of a second house of the same area (Madé I).
