"La Madé II" is a house of about 75 m2, independent, recent and air-conditioned in the heart of the southern Ardèche. The space Located on a large property, "Au Pré de la Madé" (including two other cottages, La Madé and Madé I), this recent house of about 75 m2 offers a large living room consisting of a fully equipped American kitchen and a bright living room overlooking a covered terrace facing south. The house has two bedrooms of about 13 m2 each: - the first is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed and - the second has two 80 x 200 beds (convertible into a 160 x 200 cm bed on request). Both bedrooms have built-in closets and independent air conditioning. The living room (air-conditioned) consists of: - a seating area (sofa, coffee table, Smart TV) and - a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, dishes) as well as - a table and 4 chairs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink, a washing machine and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate. Outside: private garden with barbecue and deckchairs. Garden table and chairs on covered terrace. The *owner's pool* of 13 x 5 m equipped with a spa area (bubble baths) is fully secured. It is *to be shared* with the tenants of a second house of the same size (Madé I). Watering at the end of May - beginning of June according to weather (unheated pool). Free access from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. SUNSCREEN NOT ALLOWED. Weekly rental from Saturday 4:00 pm to the following Saturday 10:00 am Please provide a security deposit of €500 (check not debited and returned during the final inventory).
