The cabins are located on the water's edge at Saltnes, 1 hour drive outside Oslo, with immediate proximity to the sea, hiking areas and a large, new grocery store named "Kiwi". Four parking spaces on the plot. Free access to internet and TV. The cabins are clean, well maintained and without private objects and details. There is a trampoline, volleyball court, football goal and hammocks. The main cabin has 3 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds, living room, kitchen and bathroom with public water and drainage. Gas grill on the terrace. The cabin is well equipped with heat pump and what is needed in the kitchen such as a new cooker with induction hob, kettle, waffle iron, coffee pot/funnel etc.. In the annex there is an additional living room, bedroom and bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and heating cables. Depeding on number of guests the annex is included in the rent. Here you can enjoy the sun in your own garden, and from the terrace you have sun until it sets in the horizon. It is a short drive to idyllic Saltholmen, shop and golf course, and to Engelsviken with its famous fish restaurant. Lervik Marina with a restaurant at the pier is within walking distance, and Fredrikstad can be reached in 20 minutes by car or bus from the main road. Svinesund is 30 minutes' drive from Saltnes. About 30 minutes by own boat to Hankø and about 40 minutes over to Tønsberg. Good opportunities for various water activities such as swimming, windsurfing, kayaking, fishing, sailing and kiting. Saltnes is a very popular place for windsurfing and kitesurfing, and you can start surfing or sailing right from the end of the garden. Own stand for storing surfboards, sails, kayaks etc. There are great hiking areas right outside the door for both cycling and hiking. Three sea kayaks are included for free disposal. (One is a children's kayak). You can paddle straight out from the cabin into the beautiful archipelago, and the floating dock is a one-minute walk away. Responsible tenants wanted.
