In the traditional typically Calabrian resort of Marina Di Caulonia, the apartment enjoys a lovely quiet rural setting, yet is enviably close to all resort facilities on foot. 15 / 20 minutes walk to beach and centre. There is a small balcony enjoying peaceful relaxing rural views towards the sea. An enjoyable short walk takes you to the town centre, with the lovely white sand and pebble beach slightly further through the tunnel. The Saturday market , hugely popular with both visitors and locals, is just at the bottom of our road " Via Ente Sila" just a few minutes from the apartment. We are delighted to recommend our lovely communal (but normally quiet ), Jasmine scented swimming pool to the rear of the apartments. ample parking always available. Vista Sila has small communal grassed and garden area available for guests to the front of the complex. Caulonia is an unspoliled typically Calabrian resort , with friendly locals and very reasonable prices! Go now before this changes! Sicily , Rome, Sorrento, Naples, Pisa ,Venice, Milan, Pompeii etc all possible as second centres or trips from Caulonia. Caulonia Superiore old town has fantastic mediaeval architecture and is perched on the hillside a short drive fro your apartment. Roccella Marina is also a short drive( or long walk along beach for the fittest!!) free antique cycle hire here. Authentic Calabrian food from many first class restaurants with affordable prices.. try the sea bass or succulent boar steaks!!
