Cabin with high-ceiling living space and large deck, three bedrooms (one's a loft up the spiral staircase, perfect for kids) and extra fold-out couch. Rustic accommodations (COMPOSTING TOILET, WOOD-STOVE FOR HEAT, AND RAINWATER SYSTEM), but comfortable (electricity & wi-fi!) in an incredibly beautiful setting in the pines with views to rocky coastline. Quiet with dock and easy access to water for kayaking, sailing, swimming, and exploring plenty of nearby islands, beaches and quaint New England villages. We'll help you get settled and explain where to put in your boat and get lobster. Guest access You will have access to the entire cabin. Other things to note The community of Brightwater is a natural environment and we expect renters to respect the plants, animals and ocean that they will be interacting with. The speed limit on the Boulevard is 15 mph, and outdoor fires, smoking and events or parties for large groups are prohibited. Please respect the other people's privacy. You may walk along the rocks, on the road (The Boulevard) and in the center of the peninsula. (see map) You can use our dock (with a swim ladder), but not our boats due to liability issues.
