It is fully furnished, open concept, and the living room and master bedroom have wall to wall windows overlooking the Gulf with sliding glass doors to a 37-foot lanai. . My place is good for couples. The space Completely updated, non-smoking luxury condo located in the gated South Seas Club Community on the 15th floor. Not your typical rental unit, we only rent our condo for 4 months each year (January/February/March/April). Minimum stay is one month. Guest access In addition to the entire apartment, your rental entitles you to use the on-site gym, tennis courts (additional fee) and community room and lobby. Of course use of the pool is included! There is a $50.00 Parking Registration Fee upon arrival.
