Newly built house but with the charm that a rural tourism house requires. It is available to you in full or by rooms. The house has 6 double bedrooms, 3 with a double bed and 3 with two 90 cm beds, all rooms have a bathroom, living room, cellar and kitchen. If you are a smaller group, we adapt the price to the number of guests. Just ask. The space All rooms are double (1.35 or 90), have their own bathroom and TV, with a different decoration in each one, we have a crib if you need it (ask for availability) A small living room with comfortable armchairs and a TV. In the basement-wine cellar you can enjoy your after-dinner chats with your family or friends, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large area with two tables so that you can all be together enjoying the stay, you also have a TV in this area. You can choose the type of accommodation, if you are a group of 10 or 12 people the whole house, or if you come as a couple or as a family, but always everything for you, you will not share areas. Guest access You have the whole house at your disposal, with the common areas of the living room, and cellar with kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator...) and complete kitchenware. These two are common areas, for the group. And of course, all the rooms have their own bathroom and their own key, in order to respect the individual privacy of each guest. All rooms are fully stocked with a set of towels per person and a set of bed linen. The whole house has central heating, with independent thermostats and pellet stove in the dining room. There is Wi-Fi. Other things to note If you are interested in the stay but there are fewer people, the price adapts to the people who occupy it. Ask me. If you want housekeeping, we can provide it.
