New 2-story, 2 bed loft! WALK to Med Center & NRG!

Welcome to your home away from home! Our boutique apartment complex is conveniently located centrally, less than 1 mile walking distance from the Texas Medical Center (0.7 miles), The Woman’s Hospital of Texas (0.7 miles away, the VA (0.9 miles away), and NRG stadium (1.5 miles). We are less than 0.5 miles from the gorgeous brand new TMC Helix Park! All spacious units have granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, in-suite washer/dryer, and hard wood flooring! The space Your 2-bedroom, 2-story loft is 1600 sq feet! The living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and full bath are located on the first floor. The first floor living room ceilings extend to the second floor! On the second floor, there is a den with 55" smart TV, second bedroom, and 1/2 bath (without shower). You will have your own designated indoor parking spot. Please, no parties allowed. Guest access Instructions will be provided for self check-in at any time in the day or night. Other things to note The unit is on the 3rd floor. The building does not have an elevator. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans in case you would like to prepare meals. A few basics including salt & pepper, sugar, spices, and –most importantly- coffee will be provided; if you are in need of any groceries, we would be happy to guide you to the most convenient locations to retrieve the items. The unit has a Nest and temperature controlled. We kindly ask that you do not lower the unit less than 76 degrees. It can be expensive to cool large units in Texas’s heat! In the winter, we provide a space heater for the master bedroom. The suite has a washer and dryer. A small quantity of detergent will be provided. The unit has a standard-sized bath tub with shower.
