Newly converted stable block

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket. The space The converted stable block at Youngs Garden offers a relaxed and welcoming environment. We have pet pigs, chickens, geese and ducks hopefully enhancing your rural experience. Please note that if there are 2 guests requiring single occupancy of both bedrooms there is an additional charge on the listed price of £35.00 per night. To add this additional cost please book for 3 guests and the price will be adjusted. If just 2 guests using one bedroom there is free use of the 2nd bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to the two and a half acre garden along with use of the Webber charcoal BBQ on the patio and a fire pit. Initial logs for the fire pit and charcoal provided. Extra logs and charcoal provided at a fee. Other things to note Children are very welcome but there is an additional cost of £25 to use the second bedroom if the bed is being used. This does not apply to babies in a travel cot. I have both a travel cot and high chair if required. Please note again that single occupancy of the 2 double bedrooms carries an additional charge of £35.00 and to process this you will need to book for 3 guests. Check in is 3.00pm and check out is 11.00am. If you need more flexibility please ask and if I can accommodate I will. 2 guests in one bedroom have free use of the 2nd bathroom.
