Don't forget snow chains to safely reach the winter wonderland! The space Zell am Ziller. The holiday apartement is located on a garden plot with meadow. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday flats TIR ZIL 014 (5 persons) and TIR ZIL 015 (for 5 persons) are located in the same house. PLEASE NOTE: Due to a construction site located near the flat, there may be some noise during daytime hours. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property. Room: The entrance to your holiday apartment leads over an external staircase directly into the vestibule with wardrobe. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on couch/sofa (only suitable for children under the year of 8). Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Eat-in kitchen with sitting area, TV and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs, 3 sunbeds, parasol). Cooking nook in the kitchen-diner with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, WC and window. Separate toilet with WC. Division: Holiday apartment, 1 floor, 3 rooms (including 2 bedrooms), 70 sqm, in total 5 beds. Other things to note Special: underfloor heating.  Facilities: baby cot, high chair and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite. Included in the price: babycot, children chair, parking place, electricity, water, heating, local tax (under 15 years), bed linen, hand towels. Obligatory (Payable on the spot): final cleaning 85 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request (Payable on the spot): baby cot 13 € per bed under 6 years per day. Wireless Internet access 2,50 € all inclusive per day. For a fee: roll delivery service (the ordered goods are paided directly on the spot to the landlord). Pets: not allowed. Deposit (in cash when the keys are handed over on site, will be refunded on departure): EUR 150,-/object.
