The space The apartment is situated on the ground floor with private entrance. There is a new kitchen and bathroom with all facilities. The kitchen, living room and dining room are one open space. The modern kitchen is equipped with the necessary facilities such as; Electric stove 4x, dishwasher, Combi oven with microwave, fridge with freezer, coffeemaker (Senseo) and kettle. The bathroom has everything you need, a walk in-shower, sink, toilet and towel radiator. The living room has a dining table for three persons, a sofa that also can serve as a bed and a large television with Chromecast. The separate bedroom has a spacious bed with plenty of storage space and doors to your own private courtyard. This apartment is ideal for 2 adults, with an option to accommodate a third guest on the sofa bed. For bookings of 1 or 2 guests, the king-size bed will be prepared with clean sheets and clean towels will be provided. The sofa bed is prepared only when booking for 3 guests. If there are 2 guests and you wish to use the sofa bed, a linen package is required and must be requested in advance. Situated in a quiet neighborhood in the center, just steps away from a busy shopping and entertainment street, the apartment is located on one of Zandvoort's oldest streets, a quiet area populated by many elderly residents and families with small children. During the summer, music festivals are sometimes held in the center of Zandvoort, and there's also a major celebration during the Grand Prix. These events can extend until 0:30 AM and may cause some noise. If you would like to know the dates of these events, please contact me in advance. Guest access Parking Information Please note that there is no parking available directly at the apartment, so alternative arrangements will be necessary. Summer Parking Rates (March 1st - October 31st): • Paid parking is enforced in Zandvoort from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. • No time restrictions apply after the paid period. • Street parking costs €4.00 for the first two hours, followed by €7.00 per subsequent hour. Extensions beyond two hours are not permitted, and a license plate can be registered for parking only once per day. Other things to note The key will be placed in a key box hanging next to the door, allowing you to access the apartment independently at the agreed time. I will provide you with the code the day before your arrival. The apartment is in a peaceful neighborhood. To ensure the comfort of all residents, parties are not permitted, access is restricted exclusively to those included in the booking, and the use of loudspeakers is prohibited. Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum. We warmly welcome quiet travel groups and couples. The price of your stay includes the tourist tax.
