Casa di zia Anna is a small typical Fasanese house in the historic center, in Via Buongiorno 54, a stone's throw from the square and the main courses. Completely renovated in 2019 and tailor-made for those who want to enjoy some tranquility and warmth in Fasano. Inside you will find all the amenities for a totally carefree stay. We offer soft towels, soap, shower gel and hairdryer! Coffee machine, kitchen and fridge to regenerate at all hours. TV in all rooms. The space The house is equipped with air conditioning to cool down or warm up according to your needs. FREE Wi-Fi. A small kitchenette with attention to detail to make you feel completely at home in a typical Fasanese house! The same is equipped with an electric hob, electric oven, kettle and all kitchen utensils (tablecloth, tea towels, plates, cutlery, glasses, ladles, pots and cups) at your complete disposal. On the ground floor, we find a double bedroom with a French bed (140cm wide) that we call the "Almond Room," a small bedroom with a single bed, the "Tomato Room," and a typical "mezzanine" (loft) with a classic double bed on PALLETS, which is the special feature of the "Prickly Pear Room," where we have replaced the classic springs with pallets. In total, the house is equipped with 5 comfortable beds and in addition a living room area with a sofa bed for a total of 6 beds. The rooms are named after the objects inside them. All rooms are equipped with LED TVs. The bathroom has a comfortable shower, bidet, sink, hairdryer, brush, toilet paper and bath foam. In the living room there is a sofa bed, a table with chairs and a closet to store your clothes. To complete your needs and not miss anything, in the house you will find an iron, with an ironing board and a clothes rack, with clothespins. The accommodation has a window in the living room and one in the bathroom. Guest access The house is at the guest's complete disposal. There are no spaces to share with other guests. Other things to note Please note that the Municipality of Fasano requires the payment of the accommodation tax of €2.00 per person per night, not included in the price, to be paid directly at the property.
