Hillside Cottage, cozy cottage - late departure

Hillside is a beautiful self-contained cottage, an ideal base for cyclists, walkers, city goers, golfers and those just wanting to relax and unwind 2pm arrivals, 12noon departures In an Idyllic setting just 2k East of Hedley On The Hill Dogs are welcome at Hillside Cottage however due to limited space downstairs only one medium or two small neutered dogs, no pets upstairs please. Extensively equipped kitchen incl. fridge, freezer, washing m/c, microwave, coffee machine, sandwich toaster The space We operate a "contact-free" check in. Due to the age and nature of this property it may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. The property is accessed by stone steps to a raised patio and front door. The bedrooms are on the first floor up a short flight of stairs. The Shower is in the bath. The cottage is very well equipped including a 50" Smart TV, good Wi-Fi access, an enclosed courtyard to the rear of the cottage and a seating area on a raised patio at the front so that you can enjoy the stunning views. Bedroom 1 has a choice of either a Superking or 2 singles. The Superking is 180 x 190(6ft x 6ft3") or the two singles are 2x 90 x 190 (two 3ft x 6ft3"). Please let us know which configuration you would like. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. It is what is known as a Queen Size double bed 120 x 190 (4ft x 6ft3"). Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole cottage with a designated parking space at the front door (second vehicle by arrangement). We will welcome one/two well-behaved, small/medium, neutered dogs. There is a small registration charge of £5 however there may be an extra charge if additional cleaning is required. There are steps (5) up to the Cottage entrance. Other things to note The award winning Feathers Inn, at Hedley-on-the-Hill and the Anchor at Whittonstall, are nearby and both do great food. There are golf courses in every direction with more than 30 courses, including the world famous Slaley Hall and Close House courses within 30 minutes. We are only 15 minutes away from the wedding venue, Healey Barn and we are ideally situated for exploring Durham, Northumberland and Newcastle. Hadrian's Wall, Beamish, The Sill and the beautiful market towns of Corbridge and Hexham, the Northumberland coast, the Metro Centre and Newcastle City centre are all in easy reach. There are footpaths on the doorstep and the C2C cycle track and the Derwent Walk are only a short car ride away. There are lots and lots of National Trust and English Heritage sites in the area and Newcastle Airport and Newcastle University are only 30 minutes away.
