Can sleep 5-6 people. Televisions in both the master bedroom and living room, with Wi -Fi and 1 electronic parking permit included. Views from the living room and master bedroom of the water and pool. It's best feature: The private sundeck for guests of this unit only!! Enjoy your morning coffee, sun bathing or viewing sunsets from your own private rooftop deck. All linens & bath towels are provided as well as kitchen essentials, pots, pans, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, silverware. There is a coin-op laundry facility on the property. Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf/beach stores within walking distance. There is a BBQ area on site as well as bike racks. A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars. Shopping is close by. Many guests do not bring a car, however a parking pass is included if needed! Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA.
