Lakefront cozy cottages w/ dock, canoe & fire-pit!

Situated a few steps from the water of Lake Cobbossee (Cobbosseecontee), with direct views of the sunset. So close to the lake it feels like you are on a boat. The cottage and bunkhouse are welcoming and very cozy. If you prefer a high-end lake house with lots of modern conveniences, this might not be for you, but it may be exactly what you need to relax and forget all your worries for a while. Curl up inside, hang out by the fire pit, swim off the dock or take the canoe out to spot some loons. The space The cottage has a main room with a fireplace/woodstove and a dining area by the windows. There are two tiny bedrooms (7' x 7') off the living room, each with a closet and windows. The main bedroom has a double bed with a direct view of the lake, the other one has a built-in bunk bed with a ladder (see photos). There is a rustic kitchen with stove and microwave, and a small full bath with toilet, sink, and shower. The cottage is just feet from the lake but in front of it is a fire pit, a BBQ grill, and a picnic table to enjoy. A small path leads you down to the dock to tie up a boat or to go for a swim. The "bunkhouse" or second cottage is just a few feet behind the main cottage and has a view of the lake. It includes a double bed, bunk beds, and futon that can be expanded into an extra bed. It has a half bath. There is a table, a few chairs, a nice wooden bureau, and a cupboard where you will find filters for the coffee maker, cups, and other supplies.
