The perfect location to explore West Cornwall’s wild beaches & coastline, with easy access to the surfing beach of Sennen (10min), Penzance (10min) and Lands End (13min), and stunning walking routes on the doorstep. The space Count House is a welcoming and spacious family home, with generous living areas, a large dining space for shared meals, and flexible sleeping arrangements across three bedrooms. Set within a private walled garden, surrounded by far reaching moorland and with sea views. There is 4 parking spaces behind the house. GROUND FLOOR: Open plan kitchen and dining area with comfy sofas and large dining table for 8. Fully equipped kitchen includes cosy oil-fired Aga, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, in addition to plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, tableware, glassware, mugs and cutlery. Separate cosy snug with sofa, armchairs, woodburner and TV. Sunroom leading onto the garden, perfect for curling up with a book or space for yoga. Utility/bootroom with washing machine and storage for walking boots, beach stuff or surfgear. The parking area leads into the utility which is connected to the kitchen/dining area. Downstairs bathroom with WC, basin and walk-in wetroom. 1ST FLOOR Bedroom 1 / The Pink Room: one double and one single, making it ideal for parents with a child, friends who are happy to share, or a couple who appreciate extra space. Bedroom 2 / The Balcony Room: arranged over split levels, a spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine level with a double bed, while the lower area includes a daybed suitable for a child or smaller adult Bedroom 3 / The Bunk Room: perfect for children and younger guests Upstairs bathroom has a traditional roll top bath, basin and toilet. OUTDOORS The sunroom leads out onto the garden with a sunny terrace with table, chairs and parasol. There is also a playhouse for children to enjoy. Guest access Sole use of the house and gardens Other things to note For 2026, The Count House has been thoughtfully refreshed with new artwork and ornaments, creating a family-friendly space to unwind in. The Count House is accessed via a long track so please take it slow. The double bed in Bedroom 2 is accessed by a steep spiral staircase.
