A Charming apartment with two bedrooms and kitchen opened to the living room which gives a wide sensation and creates a cozy space that nobody wants to leave. Fully equipped with Alexa assistant, WiFi, Air Conditioning, SmartTV, Heater, Netflix guest user, DishWasher, Washing machine, Kettle, Microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, oven, Ceiling fans in each room, Cot, High chair, hair dryer with diffuser and parking available near from 15€ to 30€ / day. The space This charming apartment in Barcelona used to be home before having three noisy and adorable children. It is designed to comfortably accommodate 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. We can also add a baby (or less than 3 years) with a cot. It has a comfortable sofa in a wide living room that shares the place with the kitchen. The apartment was renovated in 2005, and the building was partially renovated in 2017, but it was build in the 1930's. This is the only vacational apartment in the building. And the neighbours are very quiet. We also provide towels, soap and bed sheets at the beginning of the stay and a initial clean of the apartment. You can also use the apartment Alexa assistant to ask questions like nexta day weather, locations, tourists attractions information, and public transport times. PS: Our cleaning processes follow the public authorities sanitary measures and protocols. Guest access We used to our receive guests at the front door of the building. To find a time to meet and give you the keys, we just need to ask you a couple of things: 1. The way you arrive in Barcelona (Flight, train, car, etc.) 2. The time you arrive in Barcelona (Airport, Station, G. Maps forecast, etc.) Once we know this, we will set up a time to meet and give you the keys, give some tips about the apartment devices, places to visit, have a meal or buy groceries. STEPS: We are sorry to tell you that our apartment is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or disabilities. There is a set of steps between the lift and the door. PARKING: Barcelona mayor has a war on cars, so parking is scarce and expensive. However, you'll find several public parkings near our apartment (less than 150m like Indigo, Car Berlin, Co-Park) which normally are priced at 27€ per day. But if you book in advance through websites like parkimeter or parkapp you can get better prices of 18 to 30€ per day. Furthermore, during weekends and bank holidays, you are allowed to park in the nearby streets. Other things to note When you book we will send you a guide about the neighborhood and tips for apartment comfortability.
