The Red House is built on the slope of one of the hills in Dikastika, in Schinias. The house is secluded from the surroundings by the big pine trees that where planted when the house's construction was concluded have been growing in its garden ever since, creating a small private pine tree “forest". Given that, there are no other houses built close by the Red House, you can enjoy complete privacy when at the same time bask on one of the balconies or terraces and gaze at the unique panoramic view of the sea. This feeling of privacy and the quietness that the house offers, gives you the opportunity to relax, clear your head and thoughts, and feel revived! The "siren" of the house, a hand-carved marble artwork located above the main entrance, welcomes you. The top level consists of the master bedroom and its bathroom, the second level is the open plan living room and kitchen, the third level is the other two bedrooms and a bathroom and finally, the fourth level is an open space that can be used as a playroom or an extra bedroom since it includes a double sofa bed as well as a single one.
