Our home offers all the comfort you need in an early 20th-century atmosphere. Relax with the seasons: a cozy wood stove in winter, a pool in summer (+ plancha grill/sun loungers). The space The Space A 50m² house nestled in a one-hectare wooded park, with direct access to the forest and hiking trails. Fully equipped for your comfort, including everything you need to enjoy the outdoors (private terrace, garden furniture, loungers, plancha grill...). _______________________________________ POOL / FAQ: • Open only from May to September (weather permitting) • Outdoor pool – sheltered from the wind but not an indoor pool • Heated by a heat pump • Usable from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM • Shared with guests from our second rental and our family • No day rentals allowed • No outside visitors permitted • Children must be supervised by their parents at all times _______________________________________ We live on the property in the house just across from yours. But the grounds are spacious, so you’ll enjoy full privacy and feel right at home. You’ll have your own private terrace and garden space just for you! _______________________________________ ALL-INCLUSIVE STAY: Bed linens, bath and pool towels, bath mat, dish towels, and end-of-stay cleaning – all included. Also included: kitchen starter kit (trash bags, cleaning products, sponges, basic pantry items…). Complimentary breakfast: Hot drinks and pastries delivered to your door starting at 9:00 AM (not included for stays over 7 nights and/or stays with a discount). Autumn & Winter welcome treat included! A warm snack to enjoy after a walk... or just because :) Picture yourself by the wood stove with a cozy hot chocolate or tea and some homemade treats... _______________________________________ Optional: If you’re extra hungry or want more than the basic breakfast, order a full breakfast in advance (€10 per person). Continental and indulgent version: tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cereal, bread, pastries, butter, jam, honey, orange juice, fruit, yogurt... _______________________________________ Guest Access Nearly the entire park is open for you to enjoy (kids’ play areas, shaded spots, sunny lawns, woods, meadows, hammocks, loungers…). You also have free access to the municipal tennis court (reservation required and subject to availability). _______________________________________ PLEASE NOTE: • Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No external visitors. • We do not allow events beyond the 4 people listed in your booking (no barbecues, birthdays, etc.) • There is an unfenced pond on the grounds (about 60cm deep) – children must be supervised at all times. • We have a dog (Leonberger – a giant and very gentle teddy bear). We’ll keep him on a leash if needed. Please don’t feed him or let him near, and absolutely don’t let him into your house. • No other animals are allowed on the property. Guest access You need a car, a bike, a motorbike (or a horse!!!) because we live in the countryside, close to the forest. All restaurants and shops can be found with 5 minutes by car.
