Angmering (our nearest station) is 1.5 hours on a direct train from central London (Clapham Junction or Victoria Station) so it's very easy to go for the day and we frequently do to see friends and family. We are also only 45 mins from London's Gatwick Airport and there is also a direct train to Gatwick from Angmering or another nearby station, Ford. We are 1 hour from Southampton. This is one of the best equipped houses you could hope to rent. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the house and enclosed garden. Inside, you’ll find three spacious reception rooms, a gym in the conservatory, seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two additional WCs, plus a huge open-plan kitchen, hallway, and garage. There’s off-street parking for 4–5 cars on the private drive, with unrestricted street parking available if needed. The rear garden is fully enclosed with secure gates, and the front drive features a sliding metal gate for added privacy and safety. Other things to note House Rules No smoking anywhere inside the house. No parties, events, hen or stag dos – this is a family home and we ask guests to respect that. Quiet hours: 11pm – 8am. One well-behaved pet may be considered – please contact us with your details before booking. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the house clean. As this is our primary home, you’ll find some personal belongings (such as clothes), but it’s also exceptionally well-equipped – far more so than a typical rental property. Superfast broadband (up to 80 Mbps download) is available for your personal use.
