La Miltière offers you peace and quiet, just a few minutes by car from a lively city or the coast. A 7-seater hot tub and a 4-seater sauna are available year-round. The space In a peaceful hamlet between Avranches and St Hilaire Du Harcouet, La Miltière offers everything you need for your stay in Normandy, at the gates of Brittany... For your exclusive use and without any neighbors: POOL SIDE: A large outdoor swimming pool (9x4) available and heated throughout the season (from the end of April to the end of September), the water temperature is 26°C minimum, surrounded by a wooden terrace, equipped with 6 sun loungers, 2 coffee tables and an outdoor solar shower. The pool is equipped with a staircase, which makes it suitable for young children and thus very accessible for their elders. All being fenced and secured by a self-closing security gate. GARDEN SIDE: For your outdoor meals, a garden table with armchairs, all installed under a covered and illuminated wooden arbor/pergolas. A large barbecue. A badminton/volleyball court, ping pong table, children's playground with swing, slide and wooden playhouse. GROUND FLOOR: An equipped relaxation room, a 7-seater spa, as well as a 4-seater sauna. These facilities are available year-round. THE HOUSE: On the ground floor, A large fully equipped kitchen with built-in fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas-electric hob, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, Tassimo machine, kettle, juicer, raclette-grill, 107 cm TNT TV, etc. A living room with sofa and leather armchair for relaxation, coffee table, daybed, DVD player, Home cinema, 127 cm TV, Canal +, Canal Satellite, BeIN Sport, bright Bluetooth speaker, etc... Bathroom with balneotherapy bathtub, ceramic vanity, toilet, washing machine, etc. 3 steps down, Bathroom with shower cabin with seat and hydromassage jets, vanity, toilet, hairdryer, etc. A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190). Upstairs, Two attic bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), possibility to install in these rooms a baby bed on request. A large bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 190), possibility to offer this room with 3 single beds on request. Linens (beds made for your arrival) and towels are not included in the rental cost. This service (€15 per person) is to be paid on site upon arrival. This service includes per person: bed linen (beds made for your arrival), a bath towel (70 x 140), a hand towel (50 x 100), as well as a bathrobe (L or XL) for the relaxation area or a beach towel (100 x 150) for the pool area, depending on the season. Guest access All of these facilities are for your exclusive use, all being fully enclosed and without any neighbors. We are sure that you will not be disappointed by your stay at La Miltière, because there are so many things to do for all ages, summer and winter. The check-in (5 p.m.) and check-out (9 a.m.) times indicated are not applicable for short stays, such as weekends, times to be agreed according to your needs.
