You would have use of the entire basement, which includes kitchenette, theater room with popcorn cart, pool table, foozball table, and your own private bathroom. I might have to run down there occasionally during your stay but will ask permission first. We also have a hot tub for your use as well. Great safe neighborhood. Small town feel only 15 min from great restaurants. The space Large bedroom with new queen bed, private bathroom, kitchenette with coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. During your stay We are available 24/7 during your stay by phone/text. We can even have a couple of drinks with you and play a game of pool if you like....or we can completely leave you alone....lol....Your choice. Other things to note Great neighborhood.
