Modern and cosy self contained 2 bed/2 bath annexe

The Lodge at Briggens Home Farm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained cosy modern annexe located in a beautiful rural Hertfordshire setting only 1 mile walking distance to Roydon village and train station with fast links to London Underground (15mins) and Stansted Airport (30mins). There are numerous country walks just a few steps from the lodge, one of which leads to the River Stort (15min walk) from where you can carry on exploring miles of river walkways. The space The Lodge is a purpose built dwelling situated within our family home gardens, yet very private, secure and tranquil. The Lodge has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 persons. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, both have modern showers, sink and toilet. The lounge/kitchen is open plan. The utility room has two washing machines. Guests also have full and exclusive use of the decking area wrapping around the property, including table, chairs and seating area. There is also a gas BBQ on the decking area, however as it’s difficult to keep track of gas levels we do not advertise this, therefore if guests wish to use it and the gas runs out we cannot guarantee that it can be replaced quickly I’m afraid, of course guests are more than welcome to obtain their own replacement from a local petrol station at their cost. Guest access The Lodge and decking area is fully private and for the sole use of guests.
