Big private room (own bathroom), well located

The room is part of a 4-story apartment. Private room for visits in the 1st, lounge and kitchen in the 2nd, main room in the 3rd, beautiful terrace in the 4th. A quiet street Between 6:40 and 7:00 am there is traffic and some noise. VERY well located: 8 min from the Eugenia metro, 10 min from the WTC, 15 min from Condesa, not far from the airport Around: restaurants, parks, shops, etc. There is place to park on the street, lift and has a doorman (Monday through Friday). The space - You have your own place, private bathroom, private balcony. The room is spacious, -Every Thursday cleaning is done (for visits of more than 6 days) - Wifi - TV - Netflix in the living room - Very complete kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, cookware, etc.) Guest access - Livingroom (without moving furniture) - Kitchen (without using the large drawer in the middle of the bar) - Dinning room - Terrace (leaving the furniture in its place) - Washing machine During your stay Even if I am not at home I will always be available to help with whatever you need. Other things to note - In the living room there are collection books, preferably do not touch them or be especially careful. - YOU CANNOT EAT IN THE LIVING ROOM. - There are some tape marked dampers that should not be touched (see photo) - The kitchen is at your disposal, except the large drawer in the middle of the row below (see photo) - Let's try to save the planet: please turn off the lights and disconnect the electrical devices when you are not using them. - Please DO NOT move furniture instead - It is forbidden to smoke inside the house, if you wish to do so please go out to the balcony or to the terrace. - You can go up to the terrace by an elevator that is at the exit of the apartment. - In the large kitchen cupboard there is an extra shelf for visitors that is marked (see photo). - Parties are not allowed. - You can not make very loud noises after 22:00 hrs because the neighbors below have small children.
