This two-room apartment on the 2nd floor of an old typical Toulouse building was very recently renovated in 2020, by us. Located in the chic Daurade district, in the heart of Toulouse where bars, nightclubs, restaurants, cinemas, theaters, and media libraries rub shoulders with the most famous historical places. Leaning out the window, you can see the Garonne! Self check-in: the keys will be waiting for you in their secure boxes, you can check in whenever you want as soon as the apartment is ready. Located in one of the most iconic areas of Toulouse, on the Garonne, the apartment is close to historic sites, shops and some of the best restaurants in the city. It is also very well connected by public transport. We are located 600 m from metro line A (Esquirol) and line B (Carmes) and right next to Place de la Daurade, and its pleasant walks along the Garonne. Parking is easy in the square at the foot of the residence for a limited time of 2 hours for 3 euro, otherwise Esquirol parking is 500 m away for 26 euro per day. Vélo Toulouse stations are very close. Suburbs/outskirts 10–15 min by metro. We are located 600 m from the A line of the metro (Esquirol) or line B (Carmes) and just next to the Daurade and its nice walk along the Garonne. You can easily park your car very near the residence for a maximum of 2 hours for 3 euro or for 26€ per day at Esquirol parking, 500 m. Self-service Vélo Toulouse stations are very close. We suggest that you park at the bottom of the residence while you drop off your belongings and then park your vehicle either at the Vinci Esquirol parking lot 50 yards away, 26 euros/day, or for free outside the hypercenter where parking is paid: 3 euros/2 hours, limited to 2 hours and come by metro, line A: Esquirol stop 550 yards from the apartment, or line B: Carmes stop 660 yards away. We suggest parking your car in front of the residence to leave your luggage and then parking it at the Vinci Esquirol parking lot 500 m away, 26 euros/day, or for free outside the very near center of the city which is very expensive: 3 euros/2 h, limited to 2 h, and taking the metro line A: Esquirol 500 m from the apartment or line B: Carmes 600 m away. Other things to note We'll arrange it so you can pick up the keys at any time of the day or night :-) The "service" fee is actually a non-waivable fee for each booking and is only used to change sheets and towels and provide welcome products. Please empty the trash, wash and put away the dishes, and return the apartment to the condition it was in. Our sheets, mattress covers, and towels come out of the washing machine, but it may happen that a hair remains attached to the fabric, or that we have not noticed a stain...
