This quietly located forest cottage in Durbuy gives you the feeling of a tree house in the middle of nature. From the balcony, high among the treetops, you can enjoy complete privacy, tranquility and views of the green heart of the Ardennes. This vacation home in the Ardennes is ideal for those who want to relax and be active. In the area you can go hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, golfing, fishing and swimming. The bungalow is located in a vacation park with swimming pool and sports facilities, close to Durbuy and the Ourthe. The space The Room Thanks to the unique location of our forest cottage in Durbuy, you will experience the feeling of staying in a real tree house, surrounded by nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, gas stove and fridge with small freezer. For coffee and tea, a Nespresso-like machine, kettle and toaster are provided. The dining table, suitable for 6 people, is located directly by the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and heated mirror. The window overlooks the surrounding nature, so you can enjoy the Ardennes even during a shower. In the living room, you can look out over the treetops through the large glass front. If you want to relax, you can use the smart TV with DVD player. WiFi is available, with the speed typical of Wallonia. The sunny balcony invites you to start the day with coffee and sunshine, although we cannot guarantee the weather, of course. This "tree house" is built entirely of wood, well insulated and equipped with central heating, allowing you to stay comfortably all year round. Upstairs there are sleeping places for up to 5 people: a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bed on the landing. For the little ones, an extra bed can be placed. Guest access Access for the guests The entire forest cottage in Durbuy is exclusively at your disposal. In addition, you can use the facilities of the holiday park: Covered swimming pool Basketball and football fields Tennis court (feel free to bring your own racket) For the younger guests, there are two playgrounds. Furthermore, there is a central BBQ area, a fireplace with beautiful views and a table mini golf game for hours of fun. A self-service laundry is available at the entrance of the park. There is ample free parking in front of the bungalow, and guests with an electric car can charge it at the entrance of the park. Other things to note Other things to note The basic price for the stay in our forest cottage in Durbuy is from €89 per night. In addition, a mandatory final cleaning fee of €99 and park fees of €18 per stay apply. For the bedding we charge €15 per guest (mandatory). The kitchen is equipped with basic amenities such as coffee, tea, sugar, pepper, salt, oil, vinegar, dried herbs, hand soap, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. You may use these, with the request to replenish them before departure so that the next guests can also arrive comfortably. Do you have extra supplies? Through the reception of the park we can help. At the time of booking, please indicate: Bath towel (small & large): €6.00 per package Kitchen towels (tea towel & kitchen towel): €5.00 per package Please note: this vacation home is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with a walker, because the bungalow is halfway up a small hill, the stairs outside are not wheelchair friendly and the bedrooms are on the first floor. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our forest cottage. Parties, BBQs or frying are also not allowed. The park is fireworks-free, so peace and safety are guaranteed.
