Living room has hanging 55’ tv and seats 6-8 comfortably Kitchen has stove/microwave/toaster/coffee machine. The space DO NOT SPEED: 30mph!! Cops set trap!! Walking distance to Woodward Dreamcruise, little kids park mere 50 feet away. Tennis Courts, and Little League diamond all within walking distance. Royal Oak is 1.1 miles away, a nice walk or an easy UBER. Detroit is an easy cruise on Woodward Ave (south). The location is so central it allows access to Detroit, Ann Arbor, Royal Oak, Woodward Dream Cruise, etc The Zoo is a mile away, a great perk! Guest access Park in driveway only, NOT ON BRICKS! Use front door I’ll have a code for the lockbox. Basement door and side door are locked, no laundry services... Other things to note I HAD a cat, so if extremely allergic to the prior presence of a cat, beware. Otherwise, no issues.
