Just close to this area, there is a fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom. From here there is access to the other fantastic covered veranda where you can spend spectacular al fresco dinners being available an area with a barbecue and a big pizza oven. From the internal stairs you reach the down floor area with a nice living room with TV Sat and fireplace, and 2 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom with shower. A Dependance is situated on the upper part of the garden with a living room, a kitchen area, a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and TV Sat. Outdoor equipped and private garden. The second bigger dependance is just some steps down the main villa and here there are other 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large covered and equipped terrace.
