The house offers luxurious accommodation for 10, only 500m from huge sandy safe beaches, a small fishing port with local restaurants and cafes, and a larger village the other side with spa facilities, shops, restaurants and again more beaches,enjoy ! The space The house offers luxurious accommodation with an open plan granite tops kitchen and dining room leading to a South facing timber terraced garden and exterior provencale kitchen and bbq. The lounge with its comfortable settees and armchairs is a great place to relax after a day holidaying. On the first floor, two spacious double bedrooms, one large twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Finally on the top floor, there is a large double bedroom with king size bed, wash hand basin and WC. Bathrooms: Accessed from the timber terraced courtyard, 1 stylish wet floor shower room and WC. Ground floor WC with hand basin. On half landing, shower room and WC. 1st floor, luxury bathroom/shower over and WC. Top floor en-suite with WC and hand basin. Kitchen: Large open-plan kitchen with granite worktops, double oven cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher as well as an island unit ideal for meal preparation, separate set sink. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen. Utility Room: Accessed from the timber terrace, ideal separate fully fitted washroom with washing machine, tumble dryer, butlers sink to wash all equipment covered with sand and salt after a day at the beach. Adjacent is a wet shower room as mentioned above. Living Rooms: A very spacious cosy lounge to sit and relax in comfortable large settees and armchairs with TV, DVD and video player. Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: All bedlinen is included but not beach towels. Beds are made upon your arrival and bath and hand towels are provided. If you require house cleaning during your stay, please let us know in advance and we will arrange it with our cleaners. Amenities/Facilities: Barbecue. Outside South facing timber terraced garden with covered provencale kitchen/barbecue/eating area for those summer days when it is too hot to eat under the sun. Other things to note The house is located between the huge sandy beach of Val Andre and the exquisite port of Dahouet, there are lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from, shops, boutiques, a casino, a sailing centre where all watersports are catered for and an excellent golf course overlooking the sea (one of the top five in France). All of the latter being walking distance, so you can live your car behind. The weekly markets are absolutely fabulous, selling fruits, vegetables, freshly caught fish, and local crepes. You will love strolling on the mile long promenade enjoying the panoramic view of St Brieuc's bay.
