GREAT apartment in the Klinkerhus for 4 guests - 2 sep. Bedrooms, large sun terrace, quiet location, with large farm garden - a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea beach, the Rügen chalk coast, the national park. You have a living and dining room - bright & friendly, with modern fitted kitchen, 2 sep. Bedroom & shower Bathroom/toilet . In the terrace in front of the apartment you can eat, sunbathe, grill and relax. In the large garden there is a small playground, table tennis, trampoline..... The space The spacious, bright and friendly apartment MARTHA can be found in the sunny basement of the Klinkerhus with directly adjacent large terrace (32 sqm, west side) and separate entrance. You have 55 square meters of living space at your disposal. The combined living and dining room has large terrace windows and has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, and a separate dining area for 4 guests. You also have Sat SmartTV, CD radio and free WiFi. In the two separate bedrooms, you have two double beds and plenty of storage space at your disposal. One bedroom is inside and connects directly to the living room. You also have a friendly bathroom with shower/toilet as well as a wardrobe with further storage space. The outdoor terrace is equipped with dining area, garden furniture , beach chair and barbecue. At the house you can park your car for free. You can share the large garden with the other guests from the clinker house - here there is a children's playground, trampoline, swing, table tennis and much more. In the village itself, there is a small beach with swimming spot on the old harbor. In Polchow you will find a fish smokehouse with bistro, a Russian restaurant & an inn with regional cuisine. In the neighboring village there are a variety of sports and leisure activities such as horseback riding, tennis, bocce, roller skating, mini golf and the Splash spa: the 1000 m2 swimming paradise with sauna/wellness incl. Outdoor pool and giant slide. It's only a five minute drive to the most beautiful beach in Rügen, the Schaabe. Guest access You use the apartment Martha in the Klinkerhus. It is self-contained and provided with separate access. You can share the garden with the other guests from the clinker house.
