Gîte Le Mascaret 2 to 4 people

This home is 10 km from Mont-Saint-Michel (10 min drive). This new construction is composed of 2 bedrooms with storage (1 double bed and 2 single beds). There is a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher...). There is a bathroom with a large shower, a furnished sink, storage and a washing machine. Guests can enjoy an outdoor terrace with a wooden table, umbrella, barbecue and garden furniture. The space -Important: linens and towels are not provided. We provide pillows and duvets. - Bed dimensions: the double bed is 140 x 200 and for single beds it is 80 x 190. - A deposit (check or cash) of €80 for cleaning will be required on the day of your arrival. This deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure after an inspection. - If you don't want to do the cleaning, you'll have to pay the €80. - We do not allow customers to recharge their electric car on the electrical outlets of our house.
