A loving warm, welcoming room set in beautiful historical surroundings of Worth Park, with a garden view. Free private resident parking. Local shops and eateries. Perfect in-between flight connections. Only 7 minutes drive to Gatwick airport, CAA/ CAE/ L3 Harris training & Horley/ Crawley town centres. 4 minute drive to Three Bridges train station with main links to Brighton & London. Bus Stop with links to all above. Shared areas (Kitchen, Bathroom, garden) with us and upto two extra guests. The space Spend some trustworthy, quality, quiet time in this comfortable, modern room. Snuggle into the warm double memory foam bed with fresh clean sheets & unwind by either watching a film on the TV or just relax, then drift into a dreamy sleep. Also available is a desk working area, usb charger, small fridge for your food, tea making facilities, a fan at request and a steam iron for your use. Antibacterial wipes & alcohol hand sanitizer are also included. Plus a lock latch inside the room for some security. Perhaps you would like to sooth & soak in the bath after your journey. Maybe take a fresh shower before leaving, which ever you do, fresh towels will be provided. How about chilling in the garden and maybe share stories with my lovable, friendly partner and myself plus other airbnb guests. Please use the residential and guest bay areas whilst you stay. Milton Mount Avenue main road parking is available a short distance away if you wish to leave your car longer whilst you travel. We currently do NOT provide a service to watch your vehicle. Guest access There is a key box for entry when we are at work. The code will be given once booking has been confirmed. Please note this is a different code to the one provided on Airbnb, as it is changed regularly. Please place the key back inside the lock box once entry is gained. Do Not take key away from the house. Extra charges will occur for lost keys During your stay We aim to make you feel like your home from home. You are welcome to use the following on each stay. Shared kitchen - pots, pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery, range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, kettle (Including tea, coffee, sugar, milk - these are also provided in your room). Shared bathroom - bath, shower, toilet roll, soap, towels provided. Free Wi-Fi Garden - Patio dining area, decked lounge area (Smoking is permitted outside only). I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Other things to note My home is a big house converted into a maisonette. Part of the garden has restricted access. My partner or myself will always be on hand to help whenever possible, to cater for a comfy, relaxing and enjoyable stay. Either in person or by messages/ phone call. Please note we live at the property therefore the kitchen and bathroom will be shared space with us. No pets or extra guest permitted.
