Comfortable cottage with tennis

Delightful cottage, beautifully decorated, comfortable, in a very quiet setting, in the middle of an enclosed garden planted with fruit trees. Private tennis and enclosed wood of 7 hectares are available in the property. The space Old house (built around 1800) but completely renovated in 2010 and with all the modern comforts, it is furnished with care and has in particular a beautiful fireplace (wood provided graciously) for warm convivial evenings. The house has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, a 2-bedroom with corner washbasin, and a double bedroom with shower. Upstairs, a double bedroom with bathroom (bathtub and shower). There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Equipped American kitchen (oven, dishwasher, etc...). 1 separate toilet on the ground floor and 1 separate toilet upstairs. I have to announce that unfortunately, I do not provide the sheets and towels (it's a shame, I know, but their management is a real headache because there is no suitable dry cleaning in the neighborhood). On the other hand, you will find all the other basic equipment: toilet paper, dishwashing product, basic ingredients for cooking -salt, pepper, oil, vinegar,...- Guest access The house, with all its equipment, the garden of the cottage will be at your disposal. You will also have access to the wood of 7 hectares (fully enclosed), in which tennis and its club house with ping-pong are located. Other things to note The property has two houses , the cottage is one of them, and each has its garden area well isolated from the other. When both houses are rented for the same period, access to tennis or table tennis is to be shared between people of good company.
