Lovely cottage, nicely decorated, comfortable, in a very quiet setting, in the middle of an enclosed garden planted with fruit trees. A private tennis court and a 7-hectare enclosed wood are available on the property. The space Old house (built around 1800) but completely renovated in 2010 and with all modern comforts, it is carefully furnished and has a beautiful fireplace (wood provided free of charge) for warm friendly evenings. The house has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, a bedroom with 2 beds with a sink area, and a double bedroom with shower. Upstairs, a double bedroom with bathroom (bathtub and shower). There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Equipped American kitchen (oven, dishwasher, etc.). 1 separate toilet on the ground floor and 1 separate toilet upstairs. I must announce that unfortunately, I do not provide the sheets and towels (it's a shame, I know, but their management is a real headache because there is no suitable laundry in the neighborhood). On the other hand, you will find all the other basic amenities: toilet paper, dishwashing product, basic ingredients for cooking - salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc. Guest access The house, with all its amenities, the cottage garden will be at your disposal. You will also have access to the 7-hectare wood (fully enclosed), in which there is a tennis court and its club house with ping-pong. Other things to note The property has two houses, the cottage is one of them, and each has its garden area well isolated from the other. When both houses are rented for the same period, access to tennis or ping-pong is to be shared between people in good company.
