At 750 m altitude on the slopes of the Grand Ballon, splendid views of the mountains. Family house of 250 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with large fireplace, 5 spacious bedrooms with double beds, a large play area on the 1st floor. No neighbors, absolute calm: sunbathing on the terrace. Walks in the mountains starting on foot from the house. Discover Alsace (Colmar, Mulhouse, Wine Route), Germany (Freiburg), and Switzerland (Basel) within an hour's drive. The space This is a family home where we spend all our holidays ourselves: it is therefore very comfortable, decorated with lots of furniture and paintings, and perfectly equipped (beds, appliances.) We want our hosts to feel at home there! 1 large living room - dining room with fireplace. 5 bedrooms with 2-person beds - 2 bathrooms 1 large attic /game room. The house is surrounded by 1.5 hectares of fields and woods, without a fence, so no neighbors within 150 m. The perfect silence that reigns there allows for long quiet nights. The large terrace that surrounds the house invites you to relax on the deckchairs, or to play games (darts, ping-pong, petanque, badminton, etc.) or have a good barbecue! Beautiful walks in the mountains (1 to 8 hours of walking) are possible directly from the house Note: We apologize for NOT being able to provide bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and dish towels. There is NO WiFi Box, but 4G 5/5 reception, (allowing e.g. video sharing without problems). Guest access The whole house is entirely at your disposal, we do not stay there when it is rented, and of course there is no other tenant at the same time! Other things to note The house is located in the middle of a large 1.5 hectare plot, not fenced, on the edge of a forest. NB: there is no WiFi box, but 4G 5/5 reception thanks to a nearby antenna, allowing for example seamlessly connection-sharing visios.
