Family home for walks & discovering Alsace

At 750 m altitude on the slopes of the Grand Ballon, splendid views of the mountains. Family house of 250 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with large fireplace, 5 spacious bedrooms with double beds, a large play area on the 1st floor. No neighbors, absolute calm: sunbathing on the terrace. Walks in the mountains starting on foot from the house. Discover Alsace (Colmar, Mulhouse, Wine Route), Germany (Freiburg), and Switzerland (Basel) within an hour's drive. The space This is a family home where we spend all our vacations ourselves: it is therefore very comfortable, decorated with lots of furniture and paintings, and perfectly equipped (beds, appliances.) We want our guests to feel right at home! 1 large living room – dining room with fireplace. 5 bedrooms with beds for 2 people - 2 bathrooms 1 large attic/game room. The house is surrounded by 1.5 hectares of fields and woods, without a fence, so no neighbors within 150 m. The perfect silence that reigns there allows for long quiet nights. The large terrace that surrounds the house invites you to relax on the deckchairs, or play games (darts, ping-pong, petanque, badminton...) or have a good barbecue! Beautiful walks in the mountains (from 1 to 8 hours of walking) are possible directly by walking from the house Please note: We apologize for NOT being able to provide bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and dish towels. There is NO WiFi Box, but reception of 4G 5/5, (allowing for example without problems video sharing connection). Guest access The whole house is entirely at your disposal, we do not stay there when it is rented, and of course there is no other tenant at the same time! Other things to note The house is located in the middle of a large 1.5 hectare plot, unfenced, on the edge of a forest. Note: there is NO WiFi box, but 4G 5/5 reception thanks to nearby antenna, allowing e.g. video calls via connection sharing without problems.
