Bedroom Annex with own entrance

Privately accessed bedroom annex with its own en suite with underfloor heating, Aqualisa power shower and drencher. There is a T.V., Wifi, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster and Nespresso/tea making facilities. Comfortable and quiet The space You will have your own entrance door to access bedroom and en suite. Please note there is no bath. There are two 3ft divan beds zipped together with individual duvets and given the design of the room it is not possible to separate the beds. Of course a single guest can use the whole bed. There are no cooking facilities but a toaster and a microwave is provided for heating up food. A few breakfast options will be available to guests. Guest access The bedroom annex is entirely for the use of the guests. The garden can be accessed but it is shared with me and my personal guests on occasions. Other things to note The bedroom annex is on the ground floor ie there are no stairs to climb and it faces the garden. It is very quiet.
