Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to several pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend. The space The location of this property is one of the best you will ever see of the North East coast, directly opposite the iconic Roker pier giving it a double aspect magnificent view. It forms part of a very impressive Victorian building with large character rooms with a very modern twist. This property is spread out over two floors making it a perfect space to relax and it has a very light and spacious layout. The other very important thing about this property is you have a private large parking bay, assigned just for the apartment so no more searching for a parking space . Guest access The apartment is located on the top two floors of this impressive building with large sweeping staircase, they are not too steep, but unfortunately would not be suitable for someone with mobility problems as there is no lift available . Other things to note We are currently have a full cycle path being built all the way along our beautiful coastline. For guests extra enjoyment we have installed, within our building a secure inside cycle rack. This gives you peace of mind whilst staying if you chose to bring your bikes .Please ask for details when booking.
